S. Wendell Holmes Jr., MD, received his medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia, where he currently serves as a clinical assistant professor of orthopedic surgery. He completed his internship at Palmetto Health Richland in Columbia and his residency at Palmetto Health Richland and Shriners Hospital for Children in Greenville, South Carolina.
